Terra Winston is a member of the SVPI Board of Directors, a long-time partner of SVP Chicago, and Principal of inTerract Consulting and Ringleader of inTerractions. Originally from New Jersey, she’s lived in Chicago for 23 years and is dedicated to helping others achieve their goals.

Mitti Café provides experiential training and employment to adults with physical and intellectual disabilities across India. The organization’s outreach initiatives help create awareness about inclusion and disability rights. Mitti Cafés are managed by hundreds of adults with special needs who have served over 5 million meals in just four years.

Social Venture Partners Melbourne (SVPM) is working with Youth Live4Life Inc. (YL4L) to help extend their reach into new communities. Suicide is the leading cause of death in young Australians. YL4L aims to empower rural communities to support, improve and invest in young people’s mental health and well-being.

Operation Compassion Society of British Columbia (UMOJA) helps immigrants and refugees integrate into Canadian society. UMOJA serves about 300 people each year from the Middle East and Africa. With SVP Vancouver support, UMOJA increased its impact by helping more families build the skills they need to thrive in their new communities.
