For her entire adult life, Megan has worked or volunteered for nonprofit service organizations — and in multiple capacities. Regardless of her role, she has loved the satisfaction that, at the end of the day, she was able to help someone.
Megan helped start an international disaster relief and community development organization that was always seeking ways to streamline in an effort to maximize impact and serve more people. Salesforce gave them the flexibility and automation to free up valuable time, and administration of the platform became a central part of her work. Over the last several years, Megan has helped over 70 nonprofit organizations implement and/or improve Salesforce.
“I have always thought that it’s amazing that small nonprofits with bare bones staff and small budgets have access to a product that major corporations utilize. Salesforce offers these small organizations the ability to efficiently manage their resources and save staff time so that they can spend more time working toward their mission. I plan to bring that expertise to SVP and hope to see Salesforce become an integral tool that helps affiliates focus on data results that further your mission.”
When not working, Megan enjoys time with her husband and two children, as well as their dogs, Lambeau (yes, football fans, after Lambeau field, where the Green Bay Packers play) and Brewer (for the Milwaukee Brewers). She also loves to travel and learn about other cultures.
