An experienced Human Resources Executive, Suzanne draws on 20 years’ experience helping organizations develop leading talent management practices to manage the human capital challenges that fast growth organizations often face. As Principal Consultant of Hyatt Human Capital Solutions, Suzanne is experienced in human capital strategy development, workforce planning, developing talent attraction and retention strategies, employee engagement strategies, talent assessment and development strategies and managing organizational change and transformation efforts.
Prior to her personal consultancy, Suzanne was Chief People Officer with RhythmOne where she led and directed a human resources team who supported a global organization. Prior to RhythmOne, Suzanne was Vice President, People and Culture with Axonify, where she established a leading human capital function and team in a fast growth organization, successfully establishing leading practices in areas of talent management, talent assessment and learning and development. Suzanne has led change initiatives and human resources and people planning during an aggressive growth by acquisition strategy and has worked in a consultancy capacity to an investee company portfolio of a Canadian venture capital fund.
Suzanne holds an Honours BA from the University of Waterloo, a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Conestoga College and has obtained the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation. Suzanne is a member and active contributor of Forbes Human Resource Council, is an active HR leadership mentor, and acts in an advisory capacity for many early stage technology businesses.
