Kevin Proctor has dedicated his career to leadership in healthcare where his passion lies in the promotion of preventive health and creating greater healthcare access for our underserved populations. As a Clinic Manager with Sea Mar Community Health Centers, Kevin oversees primary and specialty care medical clinics within a federally qualified health center system which provide access to a wide range of services to patients of all economic means without regard to insurance status. Committed to making a difference, Kevin’s clinical and operational teams serve more than 24,000 patients in the White Center community annually. Kevin’s commitment to leadership in our communities extends to memberships on the Board of Directors of Open Arms Perinatal Services and the Boys and Girls Club of King County Southwest Clubhouse, while also serving on the leadership council for the Coalition for a Drug-Free Youth in White Center. In addition, Kevin is a Leadership Tomorrow alumni and has continued to actively support the organization through coaching and advising roles. He holds a BA from Yale University and an MPH in Health Policy and Management from the University of Pittsburgh. In his free time, Kevin enjoys travel (44 countries, 45 states in the US, and counting); spending time with family; and participating in a variety of athletic endeavors.
