Originally from the UK, Chris and his wife Debbie spent twelve years in the San Francisco Bay area before moving to Seattle in 2004. Chris has a degree in Literature and Philosophy from Essex University in London, and has worked in the software industry for Oracle and Microsoft with a focus on running workplace Learning, computer based education, and e-Learning business units.
Chris is currently the General Manager for Global Readiness at Microsoft. He served on the board and was 2012 chair of workplace learning association – ASTD, and currently serves on the board of LINGOs an organization that serves the International NGO community with professional training services and helps build local capacity in support of philanthropic programs and disaster relief.
Chris and Debbie live on Mercer Island sometimes with their two grown boys.
