Colin Plank

Colin Plank is the Board President and founding member of Seattle Tennis & Education Foundation. Colin hopes that STEF can impact as many children as possible with positive mentors, useful life skills and a passion for tennis. He is also the President of Centripetal Films where he produces award-winning narrative features and documentaries including EDEN (Winner Best Narrative, 2012 South by Southwest Film Festival and Milan International Film Festival) and Dirtbag: The Legend of Fred Beckey (Winner, Best Feature, 2017 BANFF Mountain Film Festival; Grand Prize, 2017 Bilbao Mendi Film Festival).

Colin previously worked at The Walt Disney Company in live action feature production and also as a Staff Writer for the Gazette Newspapers in Maryland. He graduated from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland with a B.A. in History and as a member of the historical honor society, Phi Alpha Theta. In addition to filmmaking, Colin is a member of Social Venture Partners and supports other local charities, including Treehouse, Childhaven, and Invested.
