CiKeithia Pugh is the Early Literacy Program Manager at The Seattle Public Library. She is responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of the library’s early literacy programs and services. Her current projects include library sponsored Kaleidoscope play & learn groups, story time coordination, publications and materials, and community outreach. She also represents the Library on various early learning boards and community coalitions. CiKeithia has over 10 years of experience working in a variety of human service settings.
CiKeithia was born in Washington D.C. and moved to the Pacific Northwest at the age of 12. She received her Liberal Arts degree from The Evergreen State College and in 2014 received a SOAR Community Achievement Award for her significant contributions to support children and youth. As the co-chair of SVP’s 2014 Early Childhood Development Grant Committee, CiKeithia brought valuable direct service experience to the group and decision-making process.
A self-described shoe fanatic, CiKeithia enjoys shopping, spending time with family, and watching home improvement shows.
