Carla Fowler is the Founder and Managing Director of THAXA, a boutique consulting firm specializing in the science of human performance. The firm works with leaders who are pursuing ambitious goals in the business and non-profit sectors achieve greater success through brutal focus.
Beyond her constant efforts to help leaders change the world for the better through THAXA, Carla is an angel investor via the Keiretsu Forum, a member of Seattle Rotary, SVP & Washington Women’s Foundation and sits on the board of Bloodworks Northwest.
Carla grew up on Mercer Island, graduated from Brown University magna cum laude and earned her MD PhD at the University of Washington. In her 20s, she won several national and world championships in Ultimate Frisbee and now loves to spend as much of her free time as possible downhill skiing around the globe.
