CC works at the Satterberg Foundation as a Program Officer. She previously worked at Rainier Scholars developing their Alumni Affairs Program. Prior to working in the nonprofit sector, CC spent many years in software as an engineer and project manager. She is very involved in her community, both locally and nationally. She currently serves on the boards of the Charlotte Martin Foundation, Philanthropy Northwest, The Bush School, and Yale University’s Board of Governors. CC is also a partner with Social Venture Partners Seattle and co-chairs the Social Venture Kids Program.
CC received her Associate degree from South Seattle Community College, her Bachelor’s degree in African American Studies from Yale University, an M.Ed. in Education Administration from Seattle University.
