Southwest Youth and Family Services (SWYFS) is seeking volunteers to work one-on-one as mentors with SWYFS staff members. The goal for the mentorship roles is to provide leadership development and coaching to assist in personal and professional development.
It is envisioned that a volunteer will provide on-going mentoring for approximately 6 months. SWYFS is recruiting for multiple mentors and the scope of each role will flex depending on the individual.

In partnership with families, schools, and communities, SWYFS promotes healthy family functioning, early childhood learning, student academic success, and youth development
