Spark Northwest, formerly Northwest SEED, is seeking a skilled volunteer in the area of information technology to help the organization implement a new system to increase the efficiency and productivity around employee timesheet and project tracking.
The organization would like to transition their current system to a cloud-based alternative and has decided to move ahead with the product. ClickTime. The volunteer will work primarily with Spark Northwest’s Finance and Operations Manager to develop and implement a plan to migrate data from the existing filemaker database to ClickTime. Specific tasks include:
- Map out a timeline and process for migration
- Set up new environment in ClickTime
- Soft launch with subset of employees
- Troubleshoot issues
- Full launch and training to all employees
