The organization is looking to undertake of refresh of their existing policies for their Board and staff that incorporates current best practices, greater specificity, and addresses concerns around conflict of interest.
Futurewise is also looking for guidance around staff succession planning and professional development. They would benefit from HR guidance around how to support their staff team and how to best manage staff transitions.
