Southwest Youth and Family Services (SWYFS) is looking for a skilled volunteer or volunteers to work with them in conducting a marketing survey of the organization’s brand perception and awareness. The organization is hoping to identify a volunteer with experience in survey design; determining appropriate sampling sizes; analyzing responses; and developing recommendations based upon survey data.
This project is part of a larger vision for the organization to enhance its brand perception and visibility in the West Seattle, Delridge, and White Center Communities. The overall goal for this project is that SWYFS has a clear picture of their perception in West and Southwest Seattle communities that will inform future strategies to grow their donor base and launch a capital campaign. Examples of work to be performed include:
- Design survey aspects (i.e. sample size, target audience, survey questions)
- Compile and analyze survey data
- Prepare a written report for the SWYFS Executive Director and Board analyzing survey data with recommendations for next steps
