ECOSS is seeking a skilled volunteer to work with the organization’s leadership to develop an employee training program. The organization recently received funding to support the development of a training program, and they would like to work with a qualified volunteer to use these funds to maximum result in the design of a training program.
It is envisioned that the volunteer will work with ECOSS to carry out the following broad deliverables:
- Design a Professional Development Plan that specifically addresses obstacles to career advancement experienced by people from communities of color and/or non-native English speakers
- Design a Succession Plan that leads to more multicultural employees in leadership positons within ECOSS and ultimately the broader environmental sector
- A plan that inspires employee loyalty and leads to transformational change, growth and success
