Transportation Choices Coalition (TCC) is looking for a volunteer to work with TCC’s Executive Director and a Board representative to review and update their employee handbook.
TCC is expanding its staff and is poised for additional growth in the future. The goal of this project is to create a clearly-written, well-organized employee handbook and an update to its benefits to support this growth. TCC’s existing employee handbook has not been updated since 2010 and much has changed in regards to employee law, use of technology, part-time and remote work, and other factors. An updated employee handbook, consistent with best practices for similar non-profits and compliant with current regulations, will serve to lay out TCC’s expectations for employees as well as to establish what employees can expect from the organization. An improved benefits package will continue to make TCC an attractive workplace for current and future employees.
