Treehouse is looking for a skilled volunteer or volunteers to help them develop an employee engagement survey. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in human resources and/or survey design, and offers the opportunity to support the ambitious expansion plans for Treehouse’s educational programming for foster youth!
Treehouse is in the midst of expanding services across Washington. The organization is dedicated to providing 1-on-1 connections and support to foster youth in high school and beyond as they enter the workforce or seek additional education. This is an exciting time for the organization and as part of their statewide expansion Treehouse is planning to increase their workforce from 115 to 200 staff members by 2022, with staff based in locations in all corners of Washington state.
With disparate school districts and varied stages of development within teams, Treehouse needs to develop consistent approaches in how they support and manage Educational Specialists and Success Coaches. the organization is facing important questions around how to best craft a remote work environment strategy, how to staff-up and manage offices across the state, and how to be responsive to the unique context of regions across the state.
Treehouse has not previously conducted an employee engagement survey. The volunteer(s) will work with members of Treeshouse’s leadership team to articulate the goals for the employee survey, develop survey questions, and lay out a plan for the implementation and analysis of the survey responses. The ultimate goal for this project is that Treehouse is left with an actionable survey tool that will help to inform this key period in their organizational design.
