Futurewise is seeking a skilled volunteer to help the organization implement a new system to increase the efficiency and productivity around employee timesheet and project tracking.
The organization would like to transition their current system to a cloud-based alternative and has decided to move ahead with the product ClickTime. The volunteer would work Futurewise’s Executive Director to move them away from their existing practice of using one-off Excel spreadsheets to the new cloud-based tool. Specific Tasks Include:
- Map out a timeline and process for migration
- Set up new environment in ClickTime
- Troubleshoot issues
- Full launch and training to all employees
