Transportation Choices Coalition‘s Board of Directors would like an SVP Partner to help update their Executive Director performance review process and tools.
The current process has evolved from a conversation around the board room table, to using an online survey tool to measure progress against the Executive Director’s annual workplan. The Board has received feedback from multiple participants that this is not an effective approach, and are interested in implementing a new process.
Examples of Work:
- Analyze current evaluation process, talking with different participants to gather feedback on what works/doesn’t work.
- Gather information and examples of other options, and what similar size non-profit organizations do.
- Recommend improvements/new approaches, to include building metrics into the Executive Director’s annual workplan.
This is a short-term commitment, approximately 10-15 hours, starting in January 2014.
