Vietnamese Friends Association is seeking experienced Executive Coaches or mentors to help with the professional development of their Director of Operations and Director of Development, particularly focused on their leadership, management and supervision of staff. The Director of Development would also benefit from someone skilled in fundraising and networking.
Examples of Work:
- Meeting with staff one-on-one monthly, or more frequently, to problem solve, dialogue, suggest and discuss readings and opportunities for experiential learning, connect them to others in the field, etc.
- Help them create a professional development plan.
Someone with experience in relevant professional areas (supervision, fundraising, leadership, etc.), with some experience providing mentorship/coaching to others.

Vietnamese Friendship Association
VFA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 1978 to help Vietnamese refugees and immigrants adjust to life in the US after the Vietnam War. The organization offered ESL courses, employment, and citizenship services.
Currently, VFA’s programs and services focus on four core areas:
supporting students to be college- or career-ready.
strengthening families to be self-reliant and successful.
developing leaders so the Vietnamese community is heard and represented.
engaging with diverse communities to share our culture and learn from others.
