Ana Mari Cauce is Provost and Executive Vice President at the University of Washington. As Chief Academic and Budgetary Officer, she is responsible for overseeing education, research, and service missions. She joined the University of Washington as faculty in 1986, and is a full professor of Psychology and American Ethnic Studies, with several secondary appointments.
She was Director of the Honors Program, Chair of American Ethnic Studies and of Psychology, Executive Vice Provost, and Dean of Arts and Sciences. Recipient of the University of Washington’s Distinguished Teaching Award.
