The 7th annual SVP Fast Pitch Final Showdown brimmed with energy and inspiration this week as 14 finalists took the stage at McCaw Hall. Impressive social impact entrepreneurs pitched their ideas for good to a full house of supporters, community members and business leaders dedicated to supporting change in our region. This epic evening ended with over $240k in cash prizes and pro-bono awards!
Life-saving advances to medical technology, a clothing line powered by refugees, technology training for inmates and drone surveillance to fight wildfires – this is only a portion of the powerful ideas presented at this year’s Final Showdown.
Check out the 2017 SVP Fast Pitch winners and experience the excitement that was displayed on stage. Learn more about all of our finalists, semifinalists and quarterfinalists who are doing incredible work in our community. Stay tuned for video presentations in the coming weeks!
Not ready for SVP Fast Pitch to end? Accredited investors are invited to join us for the Social Impact Forum on November 14th from 8:00 – 11:00 am at the Seattle Impact HUB. The for-profit finalists from the Final Showdown will provide more in-depth pitches allowing investors the opportunity to learn more about these organizations. Email fastpitch@svpseattle.org for additional details.
