Linda’s passion for collaborating to tackle complex change brought her to SVP, and she has been a Partner since 2017. She is known for connecting disparate ideas to move people and organizations forward.
In her corporate career, Linda worked in eight industries and led from a dozen different functional chairs in organizations from startup to $1.5 billion dollars. She’s driven growth for companies and cultures in startup, fast scale, pivot and exit (in one chapter, all these phases in 2 years!). Linda co-founded and partnered to lead Aveus, a strategy, innovation and customer experience firm for 15 years.
Now, Linda splits her time between governance and engaged philanthropy. She serves on corporate, not-for-profit, healthcare and ESOP boards and is an active angel investor. At SVP Minnesota, Linda is a Lead Partner (working with The BrandLab), an SVP board director and member of our Programs Committee.
While Linda’s experiences are varied, she’s had a singular purpose: help people envision an ideal future, then reverse engineer the path to make it happen.
Linda holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, where she taught in the graduate and Executive MBA programs for 10 years. Now, as a Board member with SVP, Linda is eager to make an impact in the areas of governance, programs (engagement and impact), organization strategy, change leadership, and potentially collaboration with SVPI.
Away from it all, Linda is an explorer. Having traveled to over 40 countries and six continents, she is energized and humbled by changes of people and place.
