Jon is an entrepreneur with thirty years of experience building businesses. He initially founded AudioPack Technologies, a company specializing in the design and manufacture of wireless communications devices. AudioPack grew to 130 employees and sales of $25 million before it was acquired by Ultra Electronics, a publicly-traded UK aerospace and defense firm. Read More »

Jennifer Altstadt

Jennifer attended Purdue University, graduating in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering; attended Cleveland State University, graduating in 1994 with a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering; and completed her Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Case Western Reserve University in 2004. Mark Altstadt

Michelle Arocho

Michelle Arocho is an Ohio native with a desire to make a difference in Cleveland and the surrounding counties. she is a sales coach, manager and leader for a top 15 national home builder with over 15 years of sales,  real estate, and leadership experience.  She is passionate about coaching others to reach their potential and believes having tough conversations, setting boundaries, and being clear about expectations are necessary for successful personal and business relationships. Mary S. Bright, Esq.

Mary is an attorney who specialized in business law. A 1976 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, Mary spent many years as in-house counsel for a Fortune 100 company and later was in-house counsel for a large nonprofit healthcare system. Read More »

Dick Cahoon

Dick Cahoon retired from Dealer Tire in 2009 to devote more time to family and the community. Currently, Dick serves on several nonprofit boards including serving as Chair of the Lillian and Betty Ratner Montessori School. Dick has committed a significant amount of his retirement to SVP Cleveland, serving as board president and as Lead Partner for both Magnolia Clubhouse and MedWish International. This past year, Dick assisted in the hiring of SVP's new executive director, Abby Westbrook, and collaborated on reimagining how SVP engages with nonprofits. Read More »

Kay Carlson

Kay was appointed as executive director of the Nature Center at Shaker Lakes in January 2009 after serving as interim director for six months. Kay comes to the Center with a vast background of experience and passion for the environment. Read More »

Connie Collins

Connie Collin’s extensive experience in commercial photography and theater and a master’s degree in journalism qualify her as an expert storyteller. She has a passion to see other people tell their own stories and sees herself as a steward of that process. Read More »

Pam Conover, MD

Pam is a retired pathologist. She worked at St. John West Shore Hospital for 12 years and served as chair of the Department of Pathology. She also served on the Medical Executive Committee and was a leader in quality assurance in the lab and hospital. Read More »

Rachel E. Costanzo

With over twenty years of financial services and management consulting experience, Rachel is an enterprising and highly accomplished executive with a proven track record of achievement in nonprofit thought leadership, human resource management, financial reporting and analysis, risk management, regulatory compliance, project management, and technology development. William B. Doggett

Barry Doggett is a member of the Steering Committee for the Academies of Cleveland, a program supporting five career technical high schools in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District. He retired at the end of 2015 as Senior Vice President, Public & Community Affairs for Eaton in Cleveland, Ohio. Read More »

Cynthia Dunn

Cyndy has recently retired from Judson Services, Inc., where she served as President and CEO for 27 years. Cyndy has been very involved with University Circle Inc., is board chair for Groundworks, and serves as vice board chair for Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging. Read More »

Benjamin Faller, Treasurer of the Board

Benjamin D. Faller is a partner at Trzaska Rosen Faller, LLC, a Cleveland-area law firm providing community-minded legal counsel to individuals, small-businesses, and nonprofits, and a co-founder of Modern Title, a Cleveland-based title insurance, escrow, and closing agency. He was formerly a Clinical Lecturer at the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he taught and practiced in the Community Development Clinic, supervising and mentoring third-year law students as they represented community-focused nonprofits and businesses in the Cleveland area. Chann Fowler-Spellman, President of the Board

Chann Fowler-Spellman is a trustee and co-administrator of The Char and Chuck Fowler Family Foundation in Cleveland. She currently serves on four nonprofit boards, has been a Partner with SVP since 2006, is involved in Philanthropy Ohio's Arts and Education funding groups, and co-leads Exponent Philanthropy's Northeast Ohio Engagement Group for small staffed foundations. Deirdre Gannon

Deirdre Gannon has 20 years of corporate innovation and technology experience. She is currently Vice President of Business Innovation for PNC's Enterprise Innovation Team and a member of GLIDE's Innovation Fund final investment committee. Prior to joining PNC, Deirdre led Westfield Insurance’s innovation subsidiary, 1848 Ventures, where she was responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team in launching new ventures. Read More »

Bill Guentzler

Bill Guentzler, an SVP Fellow, joined MedWorks, a nonprofit linking uninsured and underinsured with healthcare in Northeast Ohio, as its Program Director in 2021. Formerly, he acted as Artistic Director of the Cleveland International Film Festival (CIFF). He worked at the CIFF for 20 years, joining its ranks as a Cleveland State University intern in 1998. After years of different positions, he was promoted to Artistic Director in 2005. As Artistic Director, he served as a juror and panelist at numerous festivals throughout the world. Pete retired in July 2017 from Infosys after a 13-year career as a management consulting practice leader. Pete has lived in the Cleveland area since the 70s, starting out in manufacturing and then moving into management consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Computer Sciences Corp (CSC), and starting his own venture, ATOM.
