Dominique is a management consultant specializing in compensation and performance management consulting. Previously, she led the global field compensation and international benefits group at Robert Half International, was a senior consultant at Towers Perrin, and had a career in sales and sales management at Hilton Hotels Corporation. Dominique earned an MBA from the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management and currently sits on the executive committee of the school’s alumni network board of directors. Prior to moving to Cleveland, Dominique lived in San Francisco and Reno, NV where she taught college-level courses in management, business plan writing, and business ethics. She was also a board member for the Reno-based nonprofit organization Friends of Special Children. Since moving to Cleveland, Dominique has been an active volunteer and participant in several nonprofit organizations including co-chair of Ruffing Montessori School’s 50th anniversary gala, co-chair of the auction committee for the Nature Center at Shaker Lakes’ biannual summer gala, business plan coach and competition judge for E-City’s entrepreneurial program in Cleveland’s inner-city high schools and, most notably, co-founder and board president of the Dutch School in Cleveland.
Dominique was born and raised in Hong Kong and is a dual Dutch and American citizen. She speaks fluent Dutch and conversational Spanish and French. Dominique and her two daughters live near Shaker Square and are active members of the Cleveland Skating Club.
