Rose Fealy is vice president, director of finance and administration/chief financial officer for Chicago’s Museum of Science and Industry (MSI), the largest and most interactive museum of its type in the Western Hemisphere. She brings to MSI 30-plus years of leadership experience in operations, finance, human resources and client service in both private sector and nonprofit organizations.
As part of the leadership team, Rose drives a shared vision for MSI’s future, managing organizational transformation and creating a high performance, results-driven culture. She leads finance, retail, general counsel, IT and facilities operations. Additionally, Rose is charged with maintaining and revitalizing the 100+ year-old architectural treasure and business planning for the next generation of exhibits.
