Patrick Armstrong is Vice-President and co-Founder of JDA Investments (US), Inc. Previously, he was a Partner at Venture Capital firm Canal Partners. Preceding his role as an investor, he founded and operated Armstrong IT Services, an Information Technology consulting firm with focuses on small to mid-size clients in the healthcare, digital media, accounting, education, and IT Services spaces. Patrick began his career in the Information Technology Services department at the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics.
Patrick also serves on the Board of Directors for his family’s foundation, the Kiita Foundation, is a Donor Asvisor to the Armstrong Family Foundation donor advised fund, is a member of Arizona Technology Investors, and is a member and Chair Emeritus of Social Venture Partners of Arizona. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors for SEED SPOT (Chair Emeritus), an incubator for innovative social enterprises, and is a Board Member for SVPAZ former investee Bloom 365. Along with his wife, Amy Armstrong, he founded the Kiita Scholarship at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Patrick and Amy reside in Phoenix with their two children.
