Jacky Alling is Chief Philanthropy Officer, overseeing the strategy and growth of the Arizona Community Foundation’s large and diverse array of charitable funds, supporting organizations, donor relationships, complex gifts, Centers for Philanthropy, strategic alliances and partnerships, new initiatives, and innovative uses of charitable capital, as well as education and scholarships programs. Jacky joined ACF in 2004 as Sr. Program Officer. She was named Vice President of Programs and later, Chief Philanthropic Services Officer.
Jacky has over 25 years experience in the nonprofit sector and specializes in community outreach and education. Her previous position was as executive director of the Arizona Alliance for Arts Education. Before that, she worked as Manager of Education/Outreach for the Phoenix Boys Choir and Arizona State University Public Events. Jacky is a peer consultant for the Arizona Commission on the Arts and recently served on the National Leadership Committee for the Kennedy Center Arts Education Alliance Network. She serves on the program committee of the Arizona Grantmakers Forum and the National Arts Education Steering Committee for Grant Makers in the Arts.
