Cathy Lehman, Director of Programs & Operations

Cathy joined SVPI in June 2017 and works with the CEO to ensure that all programs, operations, communications and development functions of SVPI are aligned for greatest efficiency, effectiveness and impact, and that our team is cohesive and highly functioning. Read More »

Daniel Tisch

Daniel Tisch is President and CEO of Argyle Communications, one of Canada’s largest and most respected independent public relations firms. Dan is the Emeritus and a founding partner of Social Venture Partners Toronto. Read More »

Dennis Cavner

Co-Founder of the SVP program at Mission Capital in Austin, Dennis is past Chairman of LIVESTRONG and member of the Advisory Board of the RGK Center for Philanthropy and Community Service at the University of Texas. Read More »

Diane Helfrey

Diane helped found SVP in Los Angeles and served as its executive director from 2005 to 2016. She served as VP, Client Services at EdTec Inc., a business services provider to California charter schools as well as Senior VP with Bank of America. Read More »

Gan Wang

Gan Wang is a founding Partner and board member of SVP Beijing. After receiving her BA and MA from Peking University and Ph.D. in anthropology from Yale University, Gan returned to China and founded an experimental preschool The Little Oak Children’s House in 2001. Read More »

Ganesh Natarajan

John Palter is a trial attorney and certified public accountant, whose areas of expertise include complex commercial and intellectual property litigation and risk management. Keith Kegley

Keith Kegley began his career writing software for IBM OS/2 and Microsoft Windows. He has since become a technology entrepreneur and philanthropist. He currently serves as president at Ufora, Inc., a data science engineering company that is developing a cloud-based successor to computing and research products like Matlab, R, Mathematica and SAS. Kevin, Chair of Social Venture Partners International, is Chairman of Fathom, a digital marketing firm and a principal with Thunder Bay Enterprises, a company that invests in private companies. Previously, Kevin served as president and CEO of NCS Healthcare, a public institutional pharmacy. He co-founded NCS in 1986 and worked with the company until its sale in 2003. Read More »

Martin Goodman

Martin Goodman considers himself a recovering entrepreneur and aspiring philanthropist. Since about 1984, Martin has started and run several businesses including a government software company, a kids' parenting and behavior program, a loan exchange for private lenders, and a real estate acquisition and lending firm. Max Scoular

Max Scoular is the founder and chairman of PierceGray, an executive search firm specializing in transformational leadership roles for private equity companies. Paul Shoemaker is the Founding President of SVPI and was SVP Seattle's Executive Director for 17 years. Northwest native, Sofia Michelakis has been connected to SVP for some time now, primarily through her role as SVP's Director of Philanthropy Development. Takuya Okamoto

Takuya is the current CEO of SVP Tokyo, the fifth largest affiliate in the SVP Network. A Certified Public Accountant, Takuya was a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers Japan Audit Division and then its Consulting Division from 2002 to 2011, when he left to take up the role of CEO of SVP Tokyo.
