The Raising Our Youth As Leaders (ROYAL) Project limits the time youth are incarcerated and reduce recidivism (repeated, habitual relapse) rates by giving troubled young people the positive adult attention, the educational and emotional tools, and the resources they need to take responsibility for their own lives and futures with a 75% success rate. They do this by helping client’s reach their goals.
ROYAL is a program that provides intensive supportive services and diversion strategies to King County youth involved in the juvenile justice system.
