Our Mission: Nelson Mandela said, “education is the most powerful weapon to change the world”. I changed my own life through education and now I am excited about helping EVERY student to get that power of education. Our mission is be the de-facto recruitment platform matching colleges with the best-fit high school students, leveling the playing field of college admissions for ALL students, and creating win-win. We strive to be “LinkedIn for all students and colleges – only better”.
What inspires you most about the work you do? With Cirkled In, we are helping every student get access to higher education. The idea of changing lives through education is extremely powerful and inspiring. One of our student users reported that he got new confidence after putting his profile together and then he knew exactly what he wanted to do in life. That is our daily dose of inspiration.
What are you most excited about on November 10th? We are excited to share our story, our vision, and our impact with the amazing audience we know will be there. It’s a great opportunity for us to share our unique way of making the world a better place and explain how we can make that happen. And the ability to ask for help from a very engaged audience is priceless!
Tell us a little known fact about you: I’m a sci-fi geek. I loved X-files, Lost and am always looking for great science fiction shows. I think science fiction gives us a glimpse into our future and enables us to innovate.
What are some of your favorite things to do in Seattle or the PNW? Hiking on mountains. When I can spare some time, I go on long and hard hikes. After a difficult hike, a beautiful view is the best reward one can expect. One of my favorites is Lake Serene hike. It’s one of the most difficult hikes but getting on top is so serene and the experience is so fulfilling that all the pain disappears. A good and difficult hike clears my mind and body and brings a lot of clarity.
Join us to hear Reetu’s story on Saturday, November 10th! Tickets Available
