Encore Fellows

The Encore Fellows Program matches seasoned professionals with local nonprofits in need of professional expertise for a 1,000-hour project, typically over twelve months. By applying lessons learned from their primary careers, Fellows make significant and lasting contributions to their host organizations. Because of this, the computed value of every Fellowship is $100,000 for the host nonprofit. Encore Fellows’ skills typically include management, human resources, finance, strategic planning, project and program management, information technology, and marketing.
