Other Communities We're In:

SVP International

Many local businesses want to be more active in supporting the community and want to do more than write the occasional check or do hands-on projects.

Business Partners typically engage the skills and expertise of their leadership and employees to support our nonprofit partners. In return, studies show employees display more satisfaction at work and more commitment to their employers. Some businesses choose to count the engagement as a professional development business expense and a commitment to their corporate social responsibility.

Business Partners also benefit from the association with a bold and impactful business-oriented foundation that helps local children. We offer Business Partners promotion at events, on our website, and in our communication with stakeholders.

Businesses can also support our community impact by sponsoring one of their retirees or an unaffiliated retired professional to engage in a 1000-hour Encore Fellowship in a high impact nonprofit.

Endless thanks to our current Business Partners and in-kind service providers.

Results and Targets to Kick Off 2016

In 2015, we developed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to report activity against our four Strategic Objectives. The KPIs are intended for Board review quarterly and full Partnership review at our Annual Partners Meeting. We have highlighted several key results and targets on which to focus.
