SVP Denver has bittersweet news! Our beloved Executive Director, Pat Landrum, who has been at the helm of our organization for almost 8 years, has announced her retirement. SVP Denver will be hosting a workshop on Thursday, June 7th at the Denver Foundation, where we will define the full spectrum of impact investments, and discuss examples of all types. We will then narrow our focus to investments in the nonprofit sector where they are being used to drive specific social outcomes aligned with organizations’ missions and values. Specifically, we will review the structure of an impact investment we made in a SVP Investee, Hands of The Carpenter, in May of 2017.
