Social Venture Partners Connecticut (SVP) is seeking to add a Membership Development and Recruitment Manager to our team.
SVP’s leadership has identified Partner recruiting and business development as the most critical internal capacity building needs for our organization. In collaboration with the SVP Membership Committee, the Membership Development and Recruitment Manager will develop, structure, and coordinate the implementation of the recruitment plan and process and manage the on-going growth of our organization.
The ideal candidate is a successful professional with demonstrated experience in business development, partnerships, or fundraising that illustrates a strong track record in sourcing qualified prospective members, relationship building and pipeline management.
